Refund policy

The customer can open and inspect the order at the time of delivery and may return it immediately if they do not want to receive it. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

After receiving the order, returns are allowed within 14 days from the date of receipt only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect, supported by photos or videos. Return shipping costs are also paid by the customer.

The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or the packaging is damaged.

Once the return is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed according to the customer’s preference within 7 business days.
